Hats having functions

Tom i feel it would be cool to have the hats be able to do stuff. I think a lot of people will agree on this one
these are the functions i came up with

glowstone and jaco lantern hats- light up caves and the dark
glass hats- lets you breathe underwater
obsidian hat- makes you slightly take less damage when hit
melon block hat- makes food heal slightly more food bars

those are my idea if you like this idea Tom please add this and add more hat idea or modify mine!

wow i never thought of this its an awesome idea super i cant wait till its implemented into the games

i come up with good ideas sometimes well it will take a while so we will wait a long time but it may possibly be here

Awesome I can't wait it will adds the mod to the game diamond armor and obsidian hat ill be invincible lol I hope so anyway
