i was banned and it was unfairly they said i was greifing and i dont even remember doing it ill give huff some stuff if i did please they just did it and someone greifed me and he wasnt banned he was chill

who baaned you? i will try to help i will ask them if i can unbann you. i will look into this. I dont think your a griefer.

Yes, yes mods are allowed to ban, but under some circumstances will not be granted access to /unban for players they have not banned themselves.
I'd like to remind that the correct command for banning is /ban -g playername

Can you please explain the circuumstances for banning and unbanning?
Because i banned 2 guys who were killing people after i gave them a warning and then a few mins later I saw one of them griefing so i banned him.
Right when i banned him the other guys logged out. I think there is a 90% chance that they were a grefer team on skype is that an ok ban tom?
I want to learn the conditions for banning and unbanning for future cituations like this.

Hello,
I'll explain banning for you here:

There are two ban commands:
- /ban username
- /ban -g username

The first one is called a local ban. This bans the player from Tombaland without lowering his mcbans reputation score.
The second one is called a global ban. This lowers the player's mcbans reputation score which bans him from several other servers.

The [L] symbol signifies that the penalty is a local ban and the [G] symbol signifies that the penalty is a global ban.
- Griefing (confirmed by 'Core Protect' or visual sighting by a moderator) [G]
- Griefing (not confirmed, but you are pretty sure the player did it) [L]
- Swearing after being warned [G]
- Racist, or negative remarks [G]
- Cheating or using mods (verified by having illegitimate items etc. stacked armour) [G]
- Cheating or using mods (You are pretty sure the player did it) [L]
- Advertising other server IPs once [L]
- Spamming a server IP [G]
- Stealing, Killing players without consent [G]

These are the only reasons you may ban. A jail sentence may be issued by you if needed to warn a player they are breaking the
rules.

I have screenshots of your name showing you broke 2 glass panes and a wooden door so in my mind i did not abuse privileges and i had an OK from the grief victim

thanks for the banning circumstances tom. Could you please explain to me the unbanning circumstances i did not unbann anyone except for wildman56

When I Restored the whole thing, apparently everything in the chest was deleted. I even told you that.

It is extremely unclear to me what has actually happened so on the grounds of fairness I have unbanned mikeykinch.
